IP RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights associated with the Website, including but not limited to:
- Copyrights;
- Database ownership rights;
- Rights to the foot-africa.com platform and its content (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"),
are held by STNL MEDIA INVEST LIMITED, a company registered at: 7 Florinis Street, Greg Tower, 2nd Floor PC 1065 Nicosia, Cyprus, with registration number: ΗΕ387553 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). These rights are protected under the provisions of the Law № 94-36 of February 24, 1994, on Literary and Artistic Property of the Republic of Tunisia (hereinafter referred to as the "Law"). By accessing the Website, the Users acknowledge and agree to use its content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
For any other type of use, the Users must obtain prior written authorization from the Company or the appropriate rights holder. Specifically, the Users are prohibited from modifying, distributing, sharing with third parties, selling, transferring, creating derivative works, or utilizing any part of the Website's content without explicit written permission from the Company. All usage must adhere to the Law’s regulations.
FOR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS
In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, quotations and borrowings from a work already lawfully made available to the public shall be authorized on condition that they are compatible with fair practice and are justified by a scientific, educational or informational purpose, including quotations and borrowings from articles in the form of press summaries. Such quotations and borrowings may be used in their original version or in translation and shall be accompanied by identification of the source and of the name of the author if his name is given in the source.
The Company does not oversee or bear responsibility for materials published by the Users on the Website. Such materials are uploaded independently by registered Users. The Company does not have the technical or administrative ability to preemptively verify the legality of these actions, apart from reviewing materials after they have been posted.
If you find content on the Website that infringes on rights held by you or a party you represent, and you believe the material has been published unlawfully, please send a formal notification to the Company at: contact@foot-africa.com.
Your notification must include the following details:
- A description of the allegedly unlawful material (title and link to the content);
- Information about the rights holder (name or company name, postal address, contact details, and proof of representation, if applicable);
- Documentation verifying the rights holder's ownership;
- A detailed explanation of the claim, including how the rights have been violated.
The Company will review the submitted notification and provide feedback following its investigation. If the information in the claim is incomplete, unclear, or contains errors, the Company may request additional clarification or supporting details from the rights holder or their representative.
In the event of disputes, the Company is committed to resolving issues through pre-trial processes such as negotiations or other amicable resolution methods.
