Champions League 2026-27: Real Madrid’s complete league-phase schedule

UEFA has officially confirmed Real Madrid’s eight European fixtures, with four matches at home and another four away during the league phase.

Following the draw, attention has now turned to the schedule. UEFA has published the dates and kick-off times for the 2026-27 Champions League league phase. Real Madrid now know the order of their eight matches, which will be played between September 2026 and January 2027.

A challenging start for the Spanish giants

Real Madrid will begin their campaign with a heavyweight clash against Inter at the Santiago Bernabéu before a difficult trip to Roma. The visit of Leipzig will complete a demanding opening sequence. The second half of the schedule may look more manageable on paper, but the trips to Lens and Shakhtar could prove decisive in the battle for a top-eight finish and direct qualification for the round of 16.

Fifteen titles, with the latest secured in 2024

Real Madrid hold the competition record with 15 European Cup and Champions League titles. Their most recent triumph came at Wembley on 1 June 2024, when they defeated Borussia Dortmund 2-0 in the final through goals from Dani Carvajal and Vinícius Júnior. The Spanish club will now attempt to add another trophy to its remarkable European history.
