Clermont Foot 63 defeated Dunkerque (2-1) in Matchday 25 of the French Ligue 2, thanks to one of their key men: Famara Diedhiou.

The Senegal international netted his tenth goal of the season during this clash, once again showcasing his influence on his team's attacking play.

This was, quite simply, his seventh goal in his last four league outings. An impressive stat line for a player who has faced tough times in his career and is now roaring back to form.

Despite Diedhiou's strong performances, Clermont Foot currently sits 13th and is more focused on survival than pushing for promotion to Ligue 1.

Let’s not forget, Famara Diedhiou (33) joined Clermont Foot in September 2024 after his contract with Granada ended.
