First professional contract for Zaid Betteka

Good news for young Algerian talent Zaid Betteka. Birmingham City FC has officially announced the signing of the 18-year-old left winger's first professional contract, following a promising season.

After standout performances with the reserves, Zaid Betteka also made his first-team debut, helping the club secure promotion back to the Championship after a strong League One campaign. He is now tied to the club until June 2027, with an option for an additional year. This marks another significant milestone in the young Fennec's development, as he now aims to establish himself as a mainstay in the professional squad.
