Official: Bamo Meïté signs with FC Lorient

The transfer window is coming to a close, and the market is heating up. Bamo Meïté has just committed to FC Lorient.

Olympique de Marseille parted ways on Monday with one of their unwanted players. Specifically, it's the Ivorian central defender Bamo Meïté. The player signs with newly-promoted Lorient on a loan deal with a purchase option.

As a reminder, Bamo Meïté first joined Olympique de Marseille on loan in the summer of 2023. Last season, he was loaned out to Montpellier.
