Premier League: Mohamed Salah surpasses Wayne Rooney

Even when facing challenges, Mohamed Salah knows how to make history in the English top flight. The Liverpool forward became, on November 13, the most decisive player in Premier League history with a single club.

Coming off the bench against Brighton, the Egyptian star delivered an assist in the Reds' 2-0 victory at Anfield. This contribution brought his Premier League tally for Liverpool to 277 goal involvements, split between 188 goals and 89 assists.

Salah thus surpasses Wayne Rooney, the former record holder with Manchester United (276 goal involvements). At 33, the Pharaoh further cements his legendary status at Anfield.
