Rodri: Real Madrid opens talks with Manchester City

Rodri is entering the final year of his contract, a situation that could push the Citizens to consider a sale if no extension is agreed upon in the coming months.

At 30 years old, the Spanish international is widely regarded as one of the world’s top defensive midfielders. A World Cup winner with Spain in 2026 and Ballon d'Or recipient in 2024, he is seen as the perfect fit to bolster the Madrid midfield.
