Spain: federation close to signing a major deal
In recent days, the Spanish Football Federation has been negotiating an XXL contract with adidas. The aim is to extend their partnership until 2030.
According to information from AS, discussions have already begun and are taking place in a positive atmosphere, with both parties keen to continue a collaboration that began in 1991. The Spanish national team nevertheless believes that the exceptional results achieved by its various teams should now be valued more highly.

The current contract, signed for €20 million with performance-related bonuses, could therefore be significantly upgraded. According to AS, the federation wants to begin 2027 with a new agreement reflecting the current stature of Spanish football. Spain has become one of the German brand’s leading national teams. Negotiations are expected to intensify in the coming days in order to reach an agreement.
