Thomas Frank on the radar of three Premier League clubs
Thomas Frank could soon return to the Premier League dugout. Without a club since leaving Tottenham in February 2026, the Danish coach is reportedly being monitored by Bournemouth, Crystal Palace and Fulham, according to several reports in the English press.
Bournemouth considering a change
According to Football Insider, Bournemouth are considering the possibility of replacing Marco Rose, who arrived during the summer to succeed Andoni Iraola, who left for Liverpool. The club's start to the season has been particularly difficult. After six league matches, the Cherries sit 18th and are in the relegation zone.
Thomas Frank would be considered a serious option if Rose were to leave. The Dane's experience at Brentford, whom he guided to the Premier League before establishing the club there on a long-term basis, is an argument in his favour.
Fulham and Crystal Palace also interested
Bournemouth are not alone in this matter, however. Fulham are also reportedly monitoring Frank's situation, while the team coached by Álvaro Arbeloa have struggled to get their season going and sit bottom of the table. Meanwhile, Crystal Palace are also said to be keeping an eye on the managerial market. The London club are currently managed by Pierre Sage, whose position has reportedly raised internal questions. According to reports from Football Insider, Frank is among the candidates who could be considered in the event of a change.
Appointed by Tottenham in the summer of 2025 after several successful seasons at Brentford, Thomas Frank ultimately spent only around eight months with Spurs before being sacked in February 2026. His spell in north London did not live up to expectations, but his reputation remains linked to the work he carried out at Brentford, where he had contributed to the club's rise and subsequent consolidation in the English top flight.
