A change of scenery is on the horizon for Issa Diop. The 29-year-old Moroccan centre-back is set to leave Fulham and join newly-promoted Premier League side Ipswich Town.

According to Foot Mercato, the two clubs have reached an agreement on a transfer valued at €10 million. The former Toulouse player has also given the green light to finalize the deal. He is preparing to sign a four-year contract with the Tractor Boys. The medical examination is scheduled to take place in the coming days.

Diop was a key figure and leader in Morocco's defense during the 2026 World Cup, and arrives in England with a rising market value. With just one year remaining on his contract with Fulham, Ipswich secure an experienced player to bolster their backline and cement their presence with confidence upon their return to the English top flight.
