Galatasaray supporters displayed a huge “Welcome to Hell” tifo before the Champions League match against Liverpool in Istanbul.

Fans of Galatasaray once again created unforgettable scene before their UEFA Champions League match against Liverpool at Rams Park.

Before kick-off, the stands were covered by a giant tifo display carrying the famous message:

“The World Met Hell Here… Welcome to Hell”

The banner is one of the most iconic slogans used by Galatasaray supporters and is known for creating intense pressure on visiting teams.

The stadium quickly turned into a sea of red and yellow flags, with thousands of fans waving banners and colored cards to complete the massive visual display.

Turkish stadiums known for hostile atmospheres

Over the years, many visiting teams have struggled when playing in Istanbul due to the intense support from Turkish fans. Galatasaray’s supporters, in particular are famous for their choreographed tifos and loud match-day atmosphere.
