Zambia vs Togo: Mahmoud Ismail to officiate round two of the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers

The Confederation of African Football has already announced the referees for the second round of the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers. On September 29, Zambia will host Togo at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola. Kick-off is set for 16:00 GMT.

The tournament, co-hosted by Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania, will see the qualifiers for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations begin in September. In this Group I clash between Zambia and Togo as part of the second round, CAF has chosen an experienced referee to oversee the fixture.

Sudanese refereeing team to take charge

Mahmoud Ali Mahmoud Ismail will be the man in the middle.
