🔴 CAN U17: the quarter-final lineup!

Having kicked off on March 30, the group stage of the U17 Africa Cup of Nations, CAN U17, concluded its verdict this Monday, April 7.

The last team to qualify, Senegal, secured their ticket to the quarter-finals with a solid victory against Somalia (2-0). This performance also grants the Lion Cubs a spot in the upcoming World Cup for the category.

Pape Ibrahima Faye's protégés will face a tough opponent: Ivory Coast, the leader of Group D after a resounding victory against Mali (4-2). This West African showdown is scheduled for Friday at 16:00 GMT and promises an intense battle for a semi-final spot.

An explosive lineup!

In Group C, Tunisia clinched the top spot by defeating Gambia 2-1, eliminating them. The Carthage Eagles will meet Mali in the quarters.

The other two matches will see the host nation, Morocco, take on South Africa, while Burkina Faso, impressive so far, will face Zambia.
