Akpe Victory on the verge of joining FC Basel

FC Basel is on the brink of sealing a new defensive signing, with the Swiss club reportedly reaching an agreement with Zalaegerszegi TE FC for the transfer of Akpe Victory.

According to multiple sources, including journalist Ben Jacobs, a third offer—valued at €3 million—has been accepted by the Hungarian side after several weeks of negotiations. The deal also includes a sell-on clause.
