Al Hilal Celebrates Top Performers Ahead of Crucial CAF Champions League Clash

Sudanese powerhouse Al Hilal held special awards ceremony on Sunday to recognize their standout players over the past 3 month. The event, filled with celebratory moments, was attended by head coach Florent Ibenge, club officials and the full squad.

Monthly Award Winners

• Dec: Rising Burundian winger Jean Claude Girumugisha
• Jan: Defender Tayeb Abdel Razek
• Feb: Right back Yaser Awad and new signing Ahmed Salem, shared award

The awards were presented by vice president and head of sports affairs, Eng Mohamed Ibrahim Al Aliqi, alongside team director Abdel Mohimen Al Amin.

Focus on Upcoming Challenges

Speaking at the ceremony, Al Aliqi emphasized the club’s ambitions, urging players to maintain full focus as they prepare for high stakes fixtures, particularly the CAF Champions League quarterfinal clash against egyptian giants Al Ahly.

“We must work hard to bring joy to the Sudanese people and our passionate Al Hilal fans” he ended.
