Amadou Koné tracked by several European clubs

Amadou Koné could soon return to European football. The 21-year-old Ivorian midfielder, who joined Neom SC from Reims a year ago, is reportedly being monitored by several clubs from Europe's major leagues, according to 4-4-2.ch.

Several clubs interested

According to the Swiss outlet, several clubs have made inquiries about Amadou Koné's situation. In France, where the player made a name for himself with Stade de Reims, Olympique de Marseille, Olympique Lyonnais and OGC Nice are reportedly monitoring his progress.

In Italy, Fiorentina and Atalanta are also reportedly interested. In the Premier League, recently promoted Hull City would also be among the clubs keeping an eye on his situation. However, none of these clubs has reportedly made a concrete offer at this stage.

Neom asking for between €15 million and €20 million

Amadou Koné remains under contract with Neom SC until 2029. The Saudi club has reportedly set its asking price at between €15 million and €20 million, with performance-related bonuses and a percentage of any future resale potentially added.

After his first season in Saudi Arabia, the Ivorian player could therefore consider a return to Europe as early as next year. Several clubs have already expressed interest, but no concrete negotiations have yet begun.
