Mason Greenwood could leave Olympique de Marseille this summer. The English striker is one of AS Roma's main targets as they look to bolster their attacking line for next season.

According to several Italian outlets, the Roman club is preparing an initial offer to present to Marseille in the coming days. The French side is reportedly demanding around €55 million for their player, but Roma hopes to lower this figure with a deal involving a loan, an obligation to buy, and additional bonuses.

Talks have reportedly already begun between the player’s representatives and the Italian management. Greenwood is also said to be interested in taking on a new challenge in Serie A. After a sensational season with 26 goals and 11 assists in 45 matches, the former Manchester United man has rediscovered his clinical form. Now, the question remains: can Roma convince Marseille to let him go?
