In four days, we will know the new winner of the 2026 Ballon d'Or. Brilliant for Bayern against Arsenal on Wednesday night in the Champions League, Harry Kane has sent a message.

Scorer of one goal and provider of an incredible assist, Harry Kane was all over the pitch during the clash between Arsenal and Bayern (2-2) in the Champions League last night. Questioned from all sides about the Ballon d'Or 2026, the Bayern striker made no secret of his growing impatience.

“Obviously, I appreciate every message I receive. Every show of support from all my fans—the Bayern fans, those from England and Tottenham. It is clear that Monday could be a special evening. I know it is a major event, so I am really looking forward to it. I think my wife would rather know, and my family is very stressed. I can understand their decision not to say anything so that all the stars can be there, but from my point of view, of course I would love to know the result without having to wait all evening! There is nothing I can do other than enjoy the moment,” he said.

Kane chooses to remain humble

While predictions are flying about the identity of the future winner, Harry Kane prefers to remain humble: “It would be INCREDIBLE. The result? I have no idea. I know there are a lot of rumours at the moment, but I have no idea. Obviously, I would love to achieve something like that. It would be a HUGE milestone in my career, that is for sure.”
