Barça: season over for this talent

FC Barcelona loses one of its pillars. Marc Casado injured the ligaments in his right knee during the victory against Atlético Madrid. Verdict: at least two months out, which could mean the end of his season.

The young defensive midfielder tried to continue after a clash with Antoine Griezmann in the first half. He only gave up his place in the second half, but medical examinations are clear. A tough blow for Hansi Flick, who was counting on him in the midfield.

Marc Casadó injured his knee following this action with Griezmann. He played 40 minutes gritting his teeth to avoid forcing a change after Frenkie de Jong's absence.

He is expected to be out for the next 2/3 months.
