Bayern Munich are on the verge of securing a tidy profit with Noël Aséko. According to journalist Florian Plettenberg (Sky), the Bavarian club has reached an agreement with Eintracht Frankfurt for the transfer of the German-Equatoguinean midfielder.

At 20 years old, Aséko was loaned out to Hannover 96, where his impressive performances convinced the club to trigger his purchase option. Bayern then exercised their buy-back clause for €2.5 million before accepting a €12 million offer from Eintracht Frankfurt. The player is expected to sign a long-term contract running until 2030, with an option for an additional season.

Hailing from Equatorial Guinea, Noël Aséko is coming off a standout season with 3 goals and 6 assists in 33 appearances. His move to Eintracht Frankfurt should allow him to continue his development at the highest level in the Bundesliga.
