After refusing to extend his contract with PSG, Bradley Barcola has reportedly chosen Liverpool as his preferred destination to continue his career.

The future of Bradley Barcola could unfold far from Paris Saint-Germain. Fabrizio Romano reports that the French international, currently under contract with the Parisian club until June 2028, has decided not to sign a new deal.

The Italian journalist also notes that Liverpool has put the 23-year-old winger at the top of their wishlist. According to L’Équipe, Barcola has even spoken with coach Andoni Iraola before giving his verbal agreement to the Reds. Bayern Munich and Arsenal are also keeping a close eye on his situation.

Having scored three goals in eight matches during the 2026 World Cup, the Frenchman now wants to experience a new environment.

PSG could demand up to €170 million

Paris is not actively looking to sell Barcola, but could consider an exceptionally significant offer. According to various reports, his valuation in Paris is estimated between €150 and €170 million.

Such a price tag is mainly seen as a negotiation tactic to protect the interests of the two-time European champions. Despite his dribbling prowess, Barcola has at times struggled with consistency and finishing in the final third. Liverpool will have to decide whether his potential truly warrants such a hefty investment.

152 appearances and twelve trophies with PSG

Since joining Paris in 2023, Barcola has featured in 152 matches, netting 39 goals and providing 37 assists across all competitions, meaning he’s been directly involved in 76 goals. During the 2025-2026 season, he registered 13 goals and seven assists in 49 appearances.

His trophy haul with PSG includes three Ligue 1 titles, two French Cups, three Trophée des Champions, two Champions Leagues, a UEFA Super Cup, and a FIFA Intercontinental Cup.
