Pedro Gonçalves, who has been without a managerial post since his departure from Tanzanian outfit Yanga SC, is now set to return to the dugout. The former head coach of the Angolan national team has officially agreed to take over at AS FAR, one of Morocco's premier football institutions.

The Portuguese tactician has put pen to paper on a deal that will keep him at the helm for the next year and a half. His official duties will commence at the start of the upcoming campaign, where he will be tasked with steering the Rabat-based side through the challenges of the Botola—Morocco's top-flight professional league.
