CAF Cup: Historic, Simba SC reaches the final for the first time!

Simba SC secures its first-ever historic qualification to the CAF Cup final this Sunday, April 27, 2025, after a 0-0 draw against Stellenbosch FC at the Moses Mabhida Stadium. The Tanzanian club punches its ticket thanks to its 1-0 victory in the first leg.
For the first time, Simba SC reaches the CAF Cup final after withstanding the pressure from Stellenbosch FC during a second-leg semifinal played in Durban. Guided by the experience of their coach Fadlu Davids, the Dar es Salaam club managed to preserve their first-leg advantage, where Jean Charles Ahoua scored the only goal of the two-legged tie.
Simba SC will face the winner of the other semifinal between RSB Berkane and CS Constantine, with the Moroccans having taken a significant lead with a comprehensive first-leg victory.
