Caleb Yirenkyi has emerged as one of the most sought‑after young midfielders in Europe, with his performances in the Danish Superliga attracting serious interest from clubs across the continent.

According to Tipsbladet, Porto are preparing a bid in excess of €20 million for the 20‑year‑old Ghanaian, who has been catching the eye at Nordsjælland. However, the Danish club are reluctant to let him go on the cheap, particularly with several Premier League sides also monitoring the situation.

Nordsjælland have set an asking price of around €30 million for their prized asset. Porto, eager to beat the competition, are hoping to accelerate talks before the World Cup, fearing that a strong showing from Yirenkyi in the tournament could push his valuation even higher.

The clock is ticking. If Porto want him, they may need to act fast. If they wait, they risk being priced out of a deal for one of Europe’s most promising emerging talents.
