Carabao Cup: here is the full draw for the second round

The draw for the second round of the 2026-2027 Carabao Cup has now been revealed. A total of 23 matches are scheduled, with 11 Premier League clubs entering the competition at this stage, as they are not involved in European tournaments this season.

Chelsea, Tottenham and Newcastle learn their opponents

Chelsea have been handed a favourable tie at home against Luton Town, who play in League One. The Blues will look to secure their spot in the third round in front of their own fans. Several other Premier League sides will also face lower-league opposition.

Tottenham will host Charlton Athletic, Newcastle will welcome West Bromwich Albion, Everton travel to Preston North End and Fulham go up against AFC Wimbledon. But the standout tie of the round is Nottingham Forest versus Leeds United—the only all-Premier League clash in the second round.
