Champions League 2026-2027: date of the draw revealed

UEFA has officially set the date for the league phase draw of the 2026-2027 Champions League.

The draw will take place on Thursday, August 27, giving the 36 qualified teams a first glimpse of their journey in Europe's most prestigious competition. The matchups for this opening phase will be unveiled just before the new continental campaign kicks off.

It’s worth noting that the final tickets for the league phase are still up for grabs, with the Champions League playoffs in full swing. Clubs battling in these two-legged ties must clear this final hurdle to join Europe’s elite, with the second legs scheduled for August 25 and 26.
