Champions League: the 2026-2027 season's official ball unveiled

On the eve of the 2026-2027 Champions League league phase draw, Adidas and UEFA revealed this Wednesday the official ball that will be used throughout the first part of the competition.

For the Champions League, Adidas continues its modern and colorful artistic approach adopted in recent years, with a design centered around the iconic stars. This latest creation is inspired by the unseen hard work players put in to reach the highest level, with the concept that "champions are made when no one is watching".

In designing this ball, Adidas specifically drew inspiration from training sessions held on cold, misty mornings. The mist hovering above the pitches is reflected in a dynamic blend of light and color. This is intended to symbolize the dedication, ambition, and relentless effort required to succeed on the European stage.

As a reminder, the draw for the 2026/2027 Champions League league phase will take place this Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco.
