Arriving from Brighton in July 2025, João Pedro wasted no time establishing himself as a crucial part of the London side in his debut season.
According to Italian transfer market expert Fabrizio Romano, all paperwork for the new contract has been signed off. The deal also includes an option for Chelsea to extend the player's stay for an additional season.
The Brazilian striker delivered a remarkable first season in a Blues shirt, netting 23 goals and providing 9 assists in 53 appearances.
His performances also earned him high praise from The Athletic, who named him Chelsea's Player of the Season last year.
