Chelsea set to recall Mamadou Sarr

In these final hours of the winter transfer window, Chelsea is preparing to recall Senegal international Mamadou Sarr.

It's a major blow for RC Strasbourg. The French club is indeed set to lose its defensive pillar, Mamadou Sarr. At the request of Chelsea manager Liam Rosenior, the Blues will trigger the recall clause included in the Senegalese international's loan agreement.

Mamadou Sarr will play his final match for RCSA this Sunday against Paris Saint-Germain, before heading to London on Monday.
