The story between Etta Eyong and Levante UD appears to be coming to an end. Despite being under contract until 2029, the 22-year-old is seriously considering a departure in the upcoming transfer window.

The Cameroonian has reportedly made the Premier League his top priority. Several English clubs are monitoring his situation and have already expressed interest to Levante. The relationship between the player and the club deteriorated after the winter transfer window. While Levante had accepted a significant offer from PFC CSKA Moscow, Eyong turned down the move, preferring to pursue his career elsewhere. Since then, his status within the squad has changed and his playing time has decreased.

Despite these developments, the former top prospect once tracked by FC Barcelona still enjoys a strong reputation in the market. Levante, however, remains firm and is demanding at least €30 million to let their striker leave. This summer is shaping up to be a decisive one for the Cameroonian international, who now hopes to take the next step in one of the world's most competitive leagues.
