Fadlu Davids' Raja Casablanca go top of Botola Pro League

Fadlu Davids' Raja Club Athletic moved to the summit of the Botola Pro League after a 1-1 draw with defending champions RS Berkane.

Ismail Khafi opened the scoring for the Casablanca giants in the 19th minute, before Mounir Chouiar restored parity in the 70th minute.

Raja climbed to the top of the Moroccan topflight standings with a one-point lead, having picked 24 points from 13 league outings.

Davids' men, however, have played four games more than their second-placed city rivals Wydad Athletic Club, who have CAF Confederation Cup commitments.

The nine-time Moroccan champions return to action with a clash against Hassania Agadir on Monday, 02 March.
