With his brace, Raphinha enabled FC Barcelona to clinch the Spanish Super Cup against Real Madrid this Sunday night. Hansi Flick is thoroughly impressed by the Brazilian's performance.

Scoring twice, Raphinha made the decisive difference against Real Madrid (3-2) on Sunday in the 2026 Spanish Super Cup final. In the post-match press conference, Blaugrana head coach Hans-Dieter Flick once again heaped praise on the Brazilian international.

"His mentality is incredible. His energy affected the whole team. As you saw, he missed his first chance, but he was there for the second. He scored that opening goal and gave the team more confidence. That’s what he brings. Rapha brings a lot of intensity on the pitch. And we need that," said the German manager.
