France national team: Michel Platini weighs in on the pressure facing Kylian Mbappé

The all-time leading scorer for the France national team, Real Madrid striker Kylian Mbappé now faces relentless pressure on his shoulders. Michel Platini has offered his perspective on the subject.

Speaking to GQ magazine, Michel Platini shared his thoughts on the environment surrounding Kylian Mbappé in the France squad.

"I can't understand what he's going through. He faces something we didn't have in my era: social media. I'm not on it myself, but I know it has completely changed the lives of footballers at his level. It's something tough for everyone, especially for well-known people. He faces insults and other things like that much more directly. I think his life is more complicated because of this constant exposure," Michel Platini analyzed.
