Gavin Hunt is unhappy with the fitness of one of his team members!

Gavin Hunt has voiced his disappointment over the physical state of Given Msimango, the defender who recently joined Stellenbosch FC from Kaizer Chiefs.

The centre-back arrived at Stellies as part of a swap agreement that saw influential midfielder Langelihle Phili head in the opposite direction to Amakhosi. However, after Msimango's debut appearance against Durban City, Hunt did not hold back in his assessment of the player's condition.

Hunt Demands Improvement Ahead of Sekhukhune Clash

Speaking after the match, Hunt acknowledged that he was forced to carefully manage Msimango's involvement.

"I should have protected him in the last 20 minutes, which I did," the coach explained. "He did well, I believe he was good, he'll be good for us. But obviously he hasn't been fit. He came here very unfit."
