Hansi Flick gives green light to Barça duo's departure
The departure of Marc Casadó and Roony Bardghji now seems all but certain. By leaving them out of FC Barcelona’s squad list for the friendly tournament in Italy, Hansi Flick has confirmed that both players are set to leave the Catalan club.

Marc Casadó is on the verge of joining Al Hilal, while Roony Bardghji is closing in on a move to AC Milan.
After the Udine friendly tournament, the 61-year-old German manager reflected on these decisions, acknowledging how tough they were to make.
“It wasn’t easy for me to talk with Casadó and Roony about their future, but I did it.”
Flick then explained that these departures fit into the club’s strategy:
“These things happen at clubs, especially here, where we need to make room for players from La Masia.”
It’s worth noting that Udinese won the Udine friendly tournament, defeating Nottingham Forest and then FC Barcelona, both times by a score of 1-0. The Catalan side finished second in the competition with three points.
