Henry Addo signs with C.D. Tondela until 2028
On Wednesday, August 19, C.D. Tondela officially announced the arrival of Henry Addo. The Ghanaian winger joins the Portuguese club from Maccabi Tel Aviv, the reigning champions of Israel's top division.
Henry Addo has signed a two-year contract, tying him to Tondela until June 2028. After signing, Addo expressed his eagerness to begin a new chapter in Portugal and his ambition to help the team and club return to the top.
A career spanning Slovakia and Israel
Trained at Zilina Africa in Ghana, Henry Addo moved to Slovakia in 2021. In 2024, he was signed by Maccabi Tel Aviv. With the Israeli club, he played 39 top-flight matches and scored 3 goals.
