Inter Milan: Al-Hilal offers €140M for Nicolò Barella !

Saudi Arabia continues its ambitious strategy to attract European football talents. This time, Al-Hilal, the reigning champion, has set its sights on Nicolò Barella, the star midfielder of Inter Milan.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Saudi club has made an astronomical offer of 140 million euros over four years, which means 35 million euros per season. A sum that rivals the biggest salaries in world football.

Al-Hilal does not hide its ambition to strengthen its squad with players at the peak of their careers, aiming to shine on the international stage, particularly with an eye on the upcoming Club World Cup.

Nicolò Barella was not convinced!

However, despite this tempting offer, Nicolò Barella was not convinced. The Italian international, deeply attached to Inter Milan, prioritizes the continuity of his sporting project.

With a contract extended in 2024, he is determined to continue writing the history of the Nerazzurri club under the guidance of Simone Inzaghi.

For its part, Inter Milan has no intention of parting with its vice-captain. Barella is considered a key element of the team and a symbol of the club's ambitions.

While the Saudi offers are a dream for some, they are not enough to lure Barella away from Milan, where he aims for new successes and to prepare for the 2026 World Cup with the Azzurri.
