Issaka Seidu returns to Nordsjælland

Issaka Seidu's stint at Ljungskile SK has come to an end earlier than expected. FC Nordsjælland has opted to terminate his loan by activating a recall clause, abruptly ending his spell in Superettan.

Arriving in the spring, the 20-year-old left-back had managed to cement his place in the starting eleven. Over 13 matches, including 12 starts, he consistently delivered solid performances, making his mark offensively with a goal and an assist.

Despite this sudden end to his loan, Seidu's future remains wide open. Several Swedish clubs are closely monitoring his situation, with IFK Göteborg emerging as one of the front-runners to secure his services this summer. At just 20 years old, the defender continues to draw attention and could quickly find himself embarking on a new challenge in the Allsvenskan.
