Jamal Iddrissou on Cologne's radar

Jamal Iddrissou is catching eyes across Europe. The 18-year-old Italian striker, developed at Inter Milan, is now eager to take the next step. So far, he has only featured for youth teams and the Nerazzurri's U23 squad.

FC Cologne have made their move. The German club tabled a loan offer with a purchase option, reportedly in the €7–8 million range. Inter's response: no, thank you. The Milanese side want to keep control of their young talent. Their plan: sell, but with a buy-back clause. The figures discussed: €15 million in 2027, rising to €18 million in 2028.

Now it's up to Cologne to decide if these terms suit them. Especially with competition looming: Wolfsburg and Brentford are closely monitoring the situation as well.
