The Uruguayan midfielder will see his contract with Kaizer Chiefs expire at the end of this month, with no renewal on the table. Simply put, Sirino has failed to replicate the electric form he showed at Mamelodi Sundowns during his time at Amakhosi, and that is the primary reason behind his impending departure.

Behind closed doors at Chiefs, the feeling is that Sirino lacked a team-first attitude, often appearing frustrated rather than putting in the hard work for the side.
