Kazeem Olaigbe changes club in Turkey

Konyaspor is the next destination for 23-year-old Kazeem Olaigbe. Struggling at Trabzonspor, the Nigerian-born winger will be sent out on loan in hopes of regaining his rhythm and confidence.

Having arrived in Turkey this summer for €5 million from Stade Rennais, Olaigbe failed to establish himself. His stats remain modest: 18 appearances and just 1 assist in the Süper Lig, despite significant playing time. This situation has led Trabzonspor to reconsider their plans.

The loan move to Konyaspor appears to be a logical solution to revive a player whose potential is still widely recognized. Under contract until 2030, Olaigbe now hopes this new environment will help him rediscover his best form and get his career back on track.
