The Senegalese player signs with Watford
Watford FC made official the capture of Krepin Diatta on Thursday, 1 October. The Senegal international has put pen to paper on a one-year deal, with the club holding the option to extend it by a further twelve months.
The Senegalese midfielder will thus carry on plying his trade in the Championship. Krepin Diatta heads to Watford armed with experience of European football. Prior to his 2021 switch to Monaco, where he stayed until the summer of 2026, the Senegalese star had worn the colours of Club Brugge.
Reacting to the confirmation of his move, Krepin Diatta voiced his delight at linking up with the Championship outfit.
"I'm over the moon to be joining the team. Once I'd spoken with the people here, the project became crystal clear in my mind. Watford is a top club that were in the Premier League not too long ago, and I think this is exactly where they belong."
