This Friday, Lamine Yamal was named the best player of the 2025-26 LaLiga season.

This honor crowns the exceptional campaign of the young FC Barcelona star, who led his team to the Spanish championship with a total of 94 points. "Barça wrapped up a season where consistency was once again the key to success, and Lamine Yamal was one of the main architects behind the Catalan side’s impressive statistics," LaLiga announced.

With 16 goals and 12 assists in the league, Yamal was one of the driving forces behind Barcelona’s title-winning campaign, making a decisive impact in key matches and succeeding Raphinha, who was last season’s best player (2024-25).
