LaLiga: Real Madrid secures victory over Valencia

Real Madrid logically overcame the Valencia challenge this Sunday. With Kylian Mbappé once again finding the net, Los Blancos claimed a 2-0 win.

It was after the break that Real Madrid showed greater determination. Despite several chances created by an energetic but wasteful Kylian Mbappé, the breakthrough finally came through Álvaro Carreras. He weaved his way past several defenders before finishing with a cunning right-footed shot (0-1, 65').

Liberated by the opener, Real Madrid managed their lead confidently. Deep into stoppage time, Brahim Diaz broke through and set up Kylian Mbappé, who slotted home the insurance goal to seal the outcome. That marked the Frenchman's 23rd league goal of the season in a stellar performance. With this seventh consecutive LaLiga victory, Real Madrid keeps the pressure on FC Barcelona, trailing by just one point.
