Newcastle United are closely monitoring Lamine Camara and could make a move this summer transfer window, according to several sources.

The 22-year-old Senegalese midfielder, who joined AS Monaco in 2024, has quickly established himself as a key player for the French club. This season, he has scored 3 goals and provided 4 assists in 31 matches. Newcastle have been tracking his progress for several months and are considering making a serious move should Sandro Tonali leave the club.

The Italian midfielder is indeed attracting interest from several Premier League sides, notably Tottenham. His departure would pave the way for midfield reinforcements for the Magpies. Monaco, for their part, have no intention of letting their player go cheaply and are reportedly demanding around €50 million to consider a transfer.
