Congolese international goalkeeper Lionel Mpasi-Nzau is leading the pack in the rankings of the best players in the French Ligue 1.

With impressive performances for his club Le Havre AC, the "Leopards" last line of defense is making a strong impression in France’s top flight.

According to the statistics site SofaScore, the Meaux-born shot-stopper sits atop the player ratings with a score of 7.83/10.

He notably leads ahead of Paris Saint-Germain’s midfielder Vitinha, who scored 7.67/10, and French forward of Congolese descent Dilane Bakwa, rated 7.53/10, who started the season with Strasbourg before moving to English side Nottingham Forest.
