Ligue 1 - RC Lens: Amadou Haidara believes in the title

This Sunday, RC Lens capped off their dream week with a commanding 3-0 victory over Metz in Matchday 25 of Ligue 1. The win came just three days after the Blood and Gold secured a spot in the Coupe de France semi-finals.

This victory came just 48 hours after PSG slipped up against AS Monaco in the league (1-3). Scoring his first goal in a Lens jersey this afternoon at Bollaert against Metz, Amadou Haidara congratulated his teammates following this crucial win in the title race.

"I think it’s a great win today, because we knew Paris had lost (on Friday). We wanted to win to put pressure on them, and we did it. We have to keep going like this, we’re on a good run. We need to keep working and keep looking ahead," said the Mali international.
