Liverpool: Mohamed Salah injured, Arne Slot provides an update

Last Wednesday, Mohamed Salah suffered a muscle issue late in the match against Galatasaray (4-0) in the second leg of the Champions League Round of 16.

Due to this injury, Mohamed Salah is officially ruled out for Liverpool’s away fixture at Brighton this Saturday in the Premier League.

"He will not be available on Saturday. The positive for us is that we are heading into an international break; the negative for Egypt is that he won’t be able to play for them. In the past, Mo has shown he can recover faster than most in similar situations, because he takes great care of his body. But there are only two weeks left before the end of the break, so let’s hope he’ll be back by then." said Reds manager Arne Slot to the press this Friday.
