Marseille: what does the future hold for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang?

The future of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang appears to be unfolding far from Olympique de Marseille. Due to ongoing financial challenges, the Marseille club is considering parting ways with several players, including their star forward.

According to Foot Mercato, Marseille would be willing to let the Gabonese striker go for a fee of around €1.5 million. It’s an affordable price that has sparked significant interest in the transfer market. Though under contract until 2027, Aubameyang remains a seasoned striker, still capable of making the difference.

In Turkey, several clubs have already shown interest, including Fenerbahçe, Beşiktaş, Trabzonspor, and newly promoted Çorum. Other teams in Italy, Spain, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, and Major League Soccer are also closely monitoring his situation.
