Mazraoui’s Inspiring Message to Muslim Fans During Ramadan

Moroccan defender Noussair Mazraoui expressed his pride in representing Muslims in Manchester as he spoke with Muslim fans on the 1st day of Ramadan.

Mazraoui known for his strong religious commitment, emphasized how faith plays crucial role in his life on and off the pitch. Speaking about fasting while training and competing, he encouraged young Muslim footballers, saying “Never lose faith in your dreams and never doubt the power of your prayers.”

Pride in Family and Upbringing

The 27 year old highlighted the emotional reward of making his family proud “Seeing your parents’ pride makes you even prouder. When you do something great and see that pride in their eyes, it’s amazing feeling”

Mazraoui also reflected on his childhood and how street football shaped him into the player he's today. “Playing in the streets teaches you things you won’t learn in academy. The rules are different and grassroots football's crucial before turning professional.”

A Key Player for Manchester United

Since joining from Bayern Munich last summer, Mazraoui's featured in 27 Premier League matches for Manchester United, scoring 1 goal so far.
